I feel like I have really turned a corner and made a realisation that I can change my behaviours towards food. I am reluctant in someways to post this as it is only day 3 but I am in the hope that it keeps me accountable. I am feeling positive and having no cravings, well maybe a little one earlier but I made a cup of tea and started reading posts on here which is what I think is making the difference this time. Happy Wednesday folks even though there is no bake off tonight to look forward to!! Maybe just as well π
Surprising myself: I feel like I have... - Weight Loss Support
Surprising myself
Never be reluctant to post, especially with positive news, Dora! It may be just what someone else is needing to hear
I know exactly how you feel, because from the moment I joined this community, I felt as if a switch in my head had been pressed and that suddenly, all things weight loss were possible. I still feel that way, over a year later!
You hang onto those feelings, because they will carry you all the way to the finish line and beyond!
Onwards and downwards!
What a good way to feel! Start as you mean to go on and all that! (my phone tried to change "to feel" to "toffees!" it's conspiring against me!) it's really inspiring to hear when someone is getting on well. I find being on the forum helps whenever I need a reminder of what I want to achieve keep going! you can do it!
Thank you. I am loving the support on here π
It's such a defining moment when we finally see the change we want to make In ourselves and we realise we just may have the tools to do so.
Keep chatting on here; it helps us all.

Thank you. I am really going to try to win this weekend. My weekend starts tonight!
You have made a very important psychological change π The feeling of being in control is great isn't it? I have done (still do) a lot of reading and hopefully have made permanent changes to my relationship with food, which is the only way to create permanent healthy habits π Well done Hidden πππ
