Hi everyone. I want to loose a good amount of weight by the middle of April if possible,
I’m currently 12 stone, 5ft 1. I’ve been trying the past few weeks I’ve cut out fizzy drinks and just drinking lots of water (which is good for me) and some small sugar free cartoon juices but nothing seems to be working.
Can anyone advise what I can do to make this work faster?? Or has anyone tried the 5:2 diet??

5:2 is one of many Intermittent Fasting strategies that we use.
If you "slim smart" weight loss is not so hard! It is not all about motivation and masochism.
