Loosing weight fast!

Hi everyone. I want to loose a good amount of weight by the middle of April if possible,

I’m currently 12 stone, 5ft 1. I’ve been trying the past few weeks I’ve cut out fizzy drinks and just drinking lots of water (which is good for me) and some small sugar free cartoon juices but nothing seems to be working.

Can anyone advise what I can do to make this work faster?? Or has anyone tried the 5:2 diet??

LCHF and intermittent fasting. I lost 7 1/2 kg and 10cm around my waist in the first month.

But stop drinking any juices! Metabolically they are identical to fizzy drinks.

5:2 is one of many Intermittent Fasting strategies that we use.

If you "slim smart" weight loss is not so hard! It is not all about motivation and masochism.

Some of us here find that what works is a combination of The Low Carbohydrate, High-Fat (LCHF) diet (see the forum here on Health Unlocked) and Not Snacking All Day AKA Intermittent Fasting (IF). See:
