Hi 2nd week -

SW - 15st 13lbs

LW - 15st 3lbs

CW - 15st 3lbs

Total Loss - Maintain

Stayed same this week,little bit disappointed but after such a big loss last week that's life.Shall carry on making healthy choices,onwards and upwards or in my case downwards lol xx

Firstly well done for 10 lbs and remember even if it is a pound loss a week it’s still better to go down the scales rather than up . Goodluck to you!
