Just getting started

Joined 5 minutes ago and feeling a bit overwhelmed with everything at the moment but know I need to lose weight and get healthier.

Any top tips will be gratefully received

As I know I need to do this but there is just so much to read and my focus is a bit iff at the moment

Hello Historicwalker. As this is your sudonym, then for exercise, just try walking. I have discovered that a brisk walk for around half an hour works wonders and can be recorded in the One You Active 10 app.

Sorry I have no link for that but if you go to the App Store it can be picked up there. It’s a free download so no worries 🙂.

Hi Historicwalker, I have just joined and have a weight problem due to my not getting enough exercise because of a medical prolapse problem. I can only be a support to you as an incentive friend and encourager. It's nice to know we are in the same boat and help each other. Know that we can get to our goals one day at a time.

PS I have put on three and a half stone and need to lose it.
