Hello Historicwalker. As this is your sudonym, then for exercise, just try walking. I have discovered that a brisk walk for around half an hour works wonders and can be recorded in the One You Active 10 app.

Hi Historicwalker, I have just joined and have a weight problem due to my not getting enough exercise because of a medical prolapse problem. I can only be a support to you as an incentive friend and encourager. It's nice to know we are in the same boat and help each other. Know that we can get to our goals one day at a time.
PS I have put on three and a half stone and need to lose it.
