Getting started - food diary

Hi

I was looking for a food diary so I could keep track of my calorie intake. Is one available please - or do I need to set up a spreadsheet.

Hi Sue, have you found myfitnesspal yet? It's really easy to use either on your phone or online. That was how I recorded my calories when I was doing the NHS 12 week plan. The weekly sheets on the 12 week plan also have a space to enter your daily calorie totals, plus exercise etc, which I also found helpful for keeping track on a week by week basis. Hope that helps :)

Hi, I use the app that comes with my tracker to log food, lots of people use my fitness pal, but I also like pen and paper and these charts are quite good because you can record how you are feeling and what mistakes you made too.

Thanks - It was something convenient to keep track as I go along. I'll look into the apps - there's one pre-loaded on my phone.

I'm old fashioned and use pen and paper! Lol 😊 But as long as you log everything it doesn't matter. Good luck 😊
