Hi Sue, have you found myfitnesspal yet? It's really easy to use either on your phone or online. That was how I recorded my calories when I was doing the NHS 12 week plan. The weekly sheets on the 12 week plan also have a space to enter your daily calorie totals, plus exercise etc, which I also found helpful for keeping track on a week by week basis. Hope that helps
Hi, I use the app that comes with my tracker to log food, lots of people use my fitness pal, but I also like pen and paper and these charts are quite good because you can record how you are feeling and what mistakes you made too.
