Hi.....I no longer attend SW after a knee replacement in January, weight gone back on. I do 3 exercise classes a week, but not been restricting what I eat and drink. I need to lose at least 1 stone. I should be able to do this at home, I have all the information, but easy to fall off the wagon. Interested in trying the NHS weight loss plan.

That's good. You could comfortably aim for 1600+ a day and lose weight steadily Take out whatever you need for milk in drinks (if you have it) and you'd have around 500 cals for each of your three meals. Should keep you full and away from the "extras".
There's a NO Snacking NOvember post starting on Friday: you might like to join us there
Welcome and yes I think if got someone to account to helps even though weighing yourself accounting to forum helps you stick to it, and weigh ins good for that so just pick the day you weigh yourself and join in. You could become a Wednesday wobble warrior today
