Shingles

I am in my fifth week of Shingles. The pain and discomfort is awful.

The only good thing that has come for the above is I have lost a stone.

Every cloud has a silver lining!!

You poor thing! My dearly beloved had it a few years ago and the pain he had was horrid. We tried a tens machine which gave some relief.

I have been feeling a bit rough for a week or two since my shingles vaccination… but no rash (yet). I am glad I had it.
