" community" or " group" to join. I've signed up for the Christmas countdown but really need a permanent home too.
I live with fibromyalgia, joint hypermobility and all the baggage that goes along with that, which is how I have ended up via the NHS site to here. I'm in no rush to lose weight, but I know that doing so will help my conditions.

Hello, Glenesk, you're right, it will be really helpful to join a weekly weigh for ongoing team support, and to start using the Daily Diary for help with meal planning.
Moreless gave you all the information you need to find your way around, yesterday. You can go back to your previous posts and replies by clicking on your avatar, top right, and selecting Profile.
Welcome Glenesk and good for you for joining in with Lytham 's madness I'm there too
Sorry to hear about the issues you have to deal with but you're being very sensible by trying not to rush it. Too many people try to force weight loss and in the long run get nowhere.
As Bridgegirl has mentioned, the Weigh-Ins and the Daily Diaries are great place to aid with focus and where we can learn a lot as we go.
Hi I joined in August and joined sunday weigh in group. It is really supporting. Like you I am after losing weight slowly over a longer period of time rather than quickly. I have a number of health issues so I felt this was best 😁
You've done really well since then. I've signed up for the Christmas countdown, so I am going to do a Tuesday weigh in for now, as they suggest you weigh in the same day each week and it starts this coming Tuesday.
