I have joined this forum today. I need to lose just over two stone in weight, majority of it is round my waist and face.
I was diagnosed with SLE, APS and arthritis end of last year and been on high dose steroids since. I am now slowly reducing these but as you can imagine my weight has shot up. I've list my self esteem and confidence.
I have tried WW and SW with no success. Can I ask if the 12 week plan would be suitable please?

Hi there, welcome to the forum, you can log your weight any day but they would like you to continue logging your weight this day of the week all of the time. Make sure you choose the day of the week that would be easiest for you. I personally chose the Thursday because if I eat extra or go away at weekends it gives me enough time in the week to get back to my correct calorie allowance and also to make sure I am back in order if I have been away for the weekend.
