Wanting to do something is the biggest incentive 😊 Quite small changes can make big differences over time, reducing daily food intake and increasing exercise, gentle at first, will reap long term benefits 😊 Self belief and confidence are not simple things to acquire, but there is great support on here 😊

Start slowly and just do one day at time. It is not a problem if you don't do it perfectly. Turn it into a project for yourself (good for confidence and self-esteem as well as weight loss and fitness) and use the nhs calorie counter to research low calories snacks to help you when feeling hungry between meals.
There are many amazing people doing the same thing here who are in the same boat!
Hopefully the higher dose will help your mood and motivation improve. I think eating healthily and furling your body properly will also help you. Eating sugary and fatty rubbish makes me feel lethargic and I have had more energy since I started this plan. Good luckx
Take baby steps, if you aren't up for giant ones. How about sorting out 3 breakfasts? 2 quick ones, maybe including a portable one and one for the weekend. Then you are a third of the way there! I am sure you will be able to move on from there. I have been exactly where you are now, only my weight was 5 stone too heavy. Whenever I lose my mojo, I just make sure that I am writing down everything that goes into my mouth, even water at the moment. Then when I get back on track, at least I have some information to check, to see which meals and weeks worked. And something to help me work out which foods and drinks I can lose or replace. Just do it, you will find your motivation on the way, if you just keep going. Good luck for that next weigh in. And maybe take your measurements, as sometimes we lose inches rather than lbs, and it's nice to know the starting point.
