HELP,
I'm 58, and I have this swollen stomach that I just can't get rid of.
Please, could someone help me with a good remedy to get rid of my stomach?
I'm so depressed from this now.

Hello and it’s good to see you here again! Last time you were here you were wishing to quit smoking as well as lose weight. How is that going?
Regarding your swollen stomach, it depends upon the cause. If it’s a food reaction then a low carbohydrate diet may help, however, any abdominal changes, especially if it’s connected to a change in bowel habit, must be checked by a doctor.

Still have not given up smoking and still struggling to lose weight. Sometimes I think it is my age that is why I'm struggling.
I'm going to do your Christmas challenge, and try to give up smoking the same time.
Take care
It might be worth re-Reading some of the replies you received last time

Could be you are eating too much fibre. Try a low residue diet for a few days to see if it helps.
Hiya. I think I suffer from Gastroparesis and get a really swollen stomach (not normal bloating). Honestly the only thing that helps it go down is smaller portions and fasting.
There's no magic remedy other than being careful and mindful about what you eat and practicing self restraint.
