Portion control

Dose anyone use portion control containers ? if so , silly question how do you use them .

I don’t use specified portion control containers, but I do weigh out portions carefully. In particular, I serve directly from the cooker, and carefully put leftovers away in Tupperware boxes.

There are useful visual guides as well, such as a matchbox sized piece of cheese, a palmful of rice/pasta/potatoes, and i try to have half my plate as vegetables 😊

When I batch cook I use old chinese cartons for freezing and they are a nice portion size!
