I am trying to loose weight, but stuck in a rut!!! I do about 5 hours of walking each week, work nights 12 hour shifts and I am finding it nearly impossible to loose weight. I don't think that I eat un healthily, like a glass of wine now and again but despair that I can't shift this weight,. I am 6 1 and 107kg. Any suggestions???

Can you describe what you eat in a typical day? Unfortunately, a lot of what passes for "healthy eating" advice these days is little better than superstition, and a lot of the products in supermarkets which purport to be good for you are just junk food with virtuous labels. It's very easy to eat things that tend to make you fat without even knowing it.
Maybe try a food diary for about a week. This will help you to analyse your food choices. It is good to first log in whatever you intend to eat or drink before having it as often people forget to do it afterwards.
