Eating healthy, exercise and most important have fun! Otherwise the healthy eating will be short-lived. Experiment with healthy food and I have found that I have discovered new meals that you enjoy.
Diet should be 75% and 25% should be exercise. Use negative thoughts about your body weight as motivation and think about what you will look like when you have lost 7lbs, 1 stone or more. What clothes will you wear and how will you feel? Focus on small goals at a time. Hope this helps
Close your eyes and picture yourself as a healthier skinnier self. You feel great, you have more energy. It can be within reach. Make small changes, make some food swops. I've quickly learnt a lot from this group and being active on here really does help. Make a plan for tomorrow. Xxx
Start by working out your BMI using an online calculator and find out if you are indeed overweight. Then work out how much you need to lose to be in a healthy BMI range.. Then download the 12 week NHS Weightloss plan. Think of it as a lifestyle change and best wishes to you. Keep posting and let us celebrate your success with you😊
