Hopefully my thoughts of starting again stay positive as very disappointed with no weight lose for a couple of weeks. Don’t think I’m eating enough perhaps. Definitely not due to sweets etc cause I’ve had none other than 100% sugar free. Not sure if meds are to blame either but whatever onward and hopefully downward weight. 🙂
