One year anniversary complete

Guy I am happy to report I missed my 10kg(~21lbs) weight loss target by grams :).

I dislocated my knee on the 10th and could not work out. I maintained my good eating habits as best as I could and I still lost weight despite sitting home all day for the whole month.

Just saying how you eat is 90% ...... people eat right.

New target 5kg(~10 lbs) by end of year mainly swimming and thinking of CrossFit.

**Comments/advice on CrossFit most welcome.

Hi Twak, well done, that's really good work. I must admit, getting an injury does worry me a bit. I've got a slight tweak in my left arm and can feel slight pain when I move it at a certain angle, but it's not stopping me at the moment.

CrossFit sounds hard - a woman I used to work with did that sort of thing, and got really fit (sadly. like me, she has let things go)
