You have got to stay on the ball!

Hi All,

I hope everyone is feeling well, healthy and happy!

I was doing really well with my diet and had been doing loads of exercise as had been on a cycling challenge over the weekend plus a little bit of running and some yoga. However, last night went out for a meal with my family and almost without thinking ate garlic bread and deep fried onion rings!

It was almost an unconscious act - scary! Has anyone else done this?

This morning I feel all bloated and a bit rubbish and of course disappointed in myself. However, I will get back on track today and get myself off to a yoga session this afternoon.

What a palaver this dieting gig is!

Xxx
