So for next weekend why not ...
Plan to make a healthy version of fish and chips yourself, make some ice cream (can be made from just yogurt, honey and your favourite fruit) and allow a couple of beers or have a low / non alcoholic drink?
You can have fish and chips, ice cream and a beer easily ... You just have to reimagine it
You are so right - I get so drawn in to just shoving food into my face without actually thinking about what I’m doing - especially on a w/end off............
Planning is the key!
I often fancy something nice on a weekend - like a burger, fish and chips, curry, pizza etc ... but i just plan and make them myself. That way i don't lose out on having the treat but i have a healthier version of it
You have done well to avoid all of that .
