Trying to make sensible food choices - last night I went to bed ultra early as to avoid making my usual pilgrimage to go and get chips, pea fritter, tub of ice cream and beer............

So for next weekend why not ...

Plan to make a healthy version of fish and chips yourself, make some ice cream (can be made from just yogurt, honey and your favourite fruit) and allow a couple of beers or have a low / non alcoholic drink?

You can have fish and chips, ice cream and a beer easily ... You just have to reimagine it :-)

You are so right - I get so drawn in to just shoving food into my face without actually thinking about what I’m doing - especially on a w/end off............

Planning is the key!

I often fancy something nice on a weekend - like a burger, fish and chips, curry, pizza etc ... but i just plan and make them myself. That way i don't lose out on having the treat but i have a healthier version of it :)
