So after the testing first day of deleting my computer & work (not backed up😤)
I thank you for all the cheers I got for staying away from the chocolate😊 the rest of the week I've done Salsa & Aqua classes, there ok but not me.
I've realised I have more then just weight to lose & I've got a real fight on my hands. Not only have I got to build my heart back up, but I need to play around with my insulin, to much I'm tired, to less I go to hypos & have to have something sweet. ( not what I want) do I need to find the happy medium.
But I am a chubby beautiful women with a very positive attitude😃 and I know I mightn't lose this weight in 12 weights as it's going to take a couple to sort everything out, but once I've found my way on this journey with my heart, medicine & exercise I like. There'll be no stopping me.
I hope you all have a fantastic weekend & all weigh in's achieve what they wanted but remember even if you haven't don't beat yourself up about it, your still here with us on this weight loss path & that is a excellent thing ❤😊

I think your first priority is to get your meds sorted but eat healthily at the same time
Good luck finding an activity you enjoy, I bought a cross trainer and am trying to get back in to using that on a regular basis and I also enjoy walking
I agree with cracker10 about getting your medication sorted first, but there's definitely lots you can do in the meantime - building water-drinking habits, trying new things, making better choices food-wise.
I had every intention of walking our dog this morning, only to find it was pouring. It feels feeble to say it, but the weather was enough for me to roll over and choose another 30mins in bed. Hopefully tomorrow!
Hello, the 3 go together, heart, meds & exercise. The more I put into exercise & less I eat the less insulin I need and once I find the happy number all will be well😃 I love walking especially in the rain 🌧 I put my headphones on with my music loud & jump in the puddles haha Have a good day Hun

Sounds like your having a lovely day 😺 My cats Mozart & Tigga have been playing chase before curling up in front of the tiny bit of sun we had and now their demanding chicken haha.
