It's the end of day three and I am doing well. I've pushed myself to get outdoors and go for a walk and made healthier choices when it comes to food. I've also pushed myself to do at least my 10,000 steps each day which at the moment is tough but rewarding. I feel great afterwards.
I weigh myself Friday. I am actually looking forward to seeing that number for a change..

Good luck for when you weigh-in on Friday - just to let you know that the 'Monday group weigh-in' sessions are open for late weighers till 18 00 on Fridays, so you would be welcome to join us if you want to, or do your own thing - it's whatever is most motivating for you personally that counts, but I wanted to let you know there is that option available, if you do want to join the larger group weigh-in.
The weigh in is a Monday group weigh-in, so it will be tomorrow, but it remains open for late weighers, hence you can join in anytime before 18 00 on Friday and be counted in this week's stats. I will be posting it tomorrow, and moreless posts it alternate weeks, so if you want you can either look out for us, or you can 'follow' us to be notified of when we post the threads.
