Hi New Here although have being reading posts for a while. Which have all been great and have helped keep me going tend to read them first thing in the morning.
So I am a vegan trying to reduce my weight by restricted eating. Which means I tend to eat once a day. Just back from holiday so back to the healthy eating. I also practice yoga which I have been doing for about 3 months using an app at home which I am loving. I want my weight loss to be be slow, a change for life as I am 52.
Do I post my weight here?

I’m glad you are finding the forum helpful, but I’m sure you will also have seen that we don’t recommend reducing calories too far, please check your calorie target using the NHS BMI checker.
