Hi New Here although have being reading posts for a while. Which have all been great and have helped keep me going tend to read them first thing in the morning.
So I am a vegan trying to reduce my weight by restricted eating. Which means I tend to eat once a day. Just back from holiday so back to the healthy eating. I also practice yoga which I have been doing for about 3 months using an app at home which I am loving. I want my weight loss to be be slow, a change for life as I am 52.
Do I post my weight here?
