Hey, I'm new here but from doing other plans in the past I think planning meals into busy days and being prepared for the week ahead always helps me keep to my eating plan. Def agree with the planning thing, both for being at home and at work. If I bring my lunch I keep away from the canteen at work and all the nice tempting smells. It also stops me going to the shops and buying the wrong stuff on my break, it too easy to just........
Likewise at home if I don’t have it in the house I don’t eat it. And I try to think ahead so that if I’m going out for a meal /socials then I try to compensate either side of that night to try and balance things out. The other big thing for me is you have to live a bit so in the weeks when you do go a bit over it’s not the end of the world, you just can’t do it every week. If you want to lose you have to get back to it and not go well that’s it.
I know everyone is different but that’s my philosophy and so far so good for me.
