Hi, I'm in my late 30s and have 2 children under 5. Joined in the hope it will encourage me to lose weight and get fit. I have an active job but currently not working and do very little other fitness
I've put on more then a few extra pounds during the lockdown and would like to say goodbye to my mum tum.

It can seem overwhelming at first, however have a look at the links Admin recommended and to start off with, join the daily dairy and weigh in. You'll get lots of support. ☺
