It can take time to see results. Have you checked what your weekly calorie limit is and if you are eating in your range? Cutting calories too low can be just as bad as having too many!
Sorry to hear about your struggles with weight loss even though you have been going to the gym. I am not surprised though. A few years ago I paid for a years membership at the gym to help me lose weight. However Over a year with diet and a gym workout 3-4 times a week only lost me 0.5stone.I was a lot fitter which was good .i find counting calories,1600kcal a day and walking instead of taking the car works well .
