Just discovered this forum after trying to write a blog and just ending up feeling paranoid that the world could read my story before it’s finished.
I’m 5’ 2” and weighed in at 14 stone 11.8 lb today on my fancy new Salter scales. I was utterly shocked to see my body fat reading was 58%. I was convinced it was wrong and so drove to local Boots and used their machine. According to that I’m half an inch shorter but only .......57% body fat. So now I’m not only struggling with the fact that I out back on nearly 2 stone of the 3 I lost with WW in 2017 but that I contain over 50% fat !
Any suggestions for losing fat other than the obvious eat less, move more?
Good to be on board xxx
