I’m 1.5 pounds lighter today than this time last week. After 2 weeks of no weight loss, but no weight gain, it’s great to be moving again in the right direction. I’ve just 8 pounds left till goal.

23.2 lbs gone in total.

Congratulations to you damienair regarding your weight loss of 1.5 lbs lighter than last week. I "unfollowed" weight loss as I am of normal weight but then realised that by doing that I got the post but couldn't reply, so I pressed"follow"again so I could reply and congratulate people in your position. You can run a sub 30 minute 5k, more than I could do, so congratulations on what you have achieved. 😊

Thanks so much. I’m on a mission this year. 45 in May, so I’m driven more than ever now to achieve my goals for health and fitness. I’ll get there.
