I’m new to this. I’m 15 stones 7lbs and have at least 5 stones to lose. Major problem is not being able to stick to plan. We are a family of 5 and I’m the main cook and care taker. Quite stressful. Trying to lose weight to boost my self confidence. Majorly I tend to overeat just because there’s so much food lying around and I just have no discipline to stick to a meal plan.....any tips would be appreciated

Being able to cook and being in charge in the kitchen, gives you an advantage, in that you have control over what ingredients are bought, you know exactly what and how much goes into each meal and can ensure that everyone is getting the best nutrition possible. Logging onto our Daily Diary will give you the structure required to forward plan your menus and help you to stay on track.
I've seen your other post, which you haven't put on the Daily Diary, probably because you're using a phone and clicked on 'write', rather than scrolling through the post, reading and responding to other people's menus, then logging your own menu where it says 'Reply to Steelad', Leave a comment...
