I already have an existing thread on here about weight loss, which you all have been SO WONDERFUL in your response to! I don't use the site often, so made this a different thread because I didn't know if you all would see this post. So basically-that's the question-has anyone ever tried the green tea capsules? If so, any benefits? There was that big todo many yeas ago about Garcinia Cambogia pills. I looked into it and they got rave reviews. I tried them and all I lost was my money!π

Has anyone ever used Green Tea capsules?
Nope, I never spend money on that type of thing.
Just eat real food ππ¦π₯π π₯¦π₯¬π₯πΆπ₯π³π§π₯π²
Not tried them and would not do so. Prefer real food like PippiRuns. I did read there are nasty side effects of green tea is taken in excess - liver and kidney problems. Although this is rare, not worth the risk I would have thought.
I couldn't function replacing pills for food . Even those that are trying to shed pounds or happy maintaining eat plenty of food with variety , taste and nutrition . Most of us love our food too much to swop it for tasteless pills.
Thanks for your response. I didn't mean replacing food with pills. I meant that the Green Tea capsules are "supposed to" speed up weight loss. So I was wondering if anyone had tried them.
A lot of capsules may contain a laxative . Why not drink green tea ?
I have to be honest ..I can't either but I like Asda blackcurrant tea bags . I leave the bag in whilst I drink for a stronger taste . Bit like ribena without sugar . Taste really pure and no cals.
