Hi,

Yesterday I posted that I had high blood pressure and it was suggested that I try Hibiscus tea to lower it naturally.

This is my 1st cup and Hiciscus tea is supposed to be good for all sorts of ailments.

Just wondering if anyone one else has tried it for anything and got good results ?

Looks like hot blackcurrant - Hope it tastes nice and gets you some good results

I haven't tried it myself - looking at trying peppermint or lemon tea though

HI Bigmama99,

I've never tried it. What does it taste like? Is it similar to any other kind of tea you've had in terms of taste?

Hope you're having a good weekend.

Lowcal :-)

it has a sort of cranberry taste to it... I've never tasted a tea like it before x

Hope it works for you, but be careful not to have too much. It may be 'natural' but it can still have adverse side effects. Perhaps have a Google to check that it's ok for your circumstances?
