Hi everyone,
About a week ago, I asked for people to feedback regarding whether they had experienced any glitches with our Monday group weigh-in posts. I would like to thank all the people who contributed their feedback, and if anyone is interested to see that thread, here is a link:

The IT department are hopefully going to try to fix our difficulties, but in the meantime, the Fab 5-ers (myself, Prin, Suzybenj, Ruth_Canal_Runner, and Moreless) have all agreed that we will make a slight change to Monday's format.
Basically, as usual, I will post the thread as normal on Monday 18th January 2016, just before 7am, and the title will be "Please Join Us for a Monday Group Weigh-in (18th January 2016) - Morning Session" - so if you are weighing in with us in the morning, then please post in that thread.
Then, at approx midday I will post the Afternoon thread, which will have the title: "Please Join Us for a Monday Group Weigh-in (18th January 2016) - Afternoon and Evening Session", so anyone weighing in during the afternoon and/or evening should look out for that thread.
I have said 'approx midday' because this midday window will vary! My lunch time varies on Mondays, depending on my activities, and so I will post it as and when I can - but it will be very clear when the afternoon post has been posted, as I will ensure that I write in the morning post to indicate the time that it gets posted. So if there is no indication of the afternoon post, it means it's not yet been posted, and you continue to use the morning post until the afternoon one is available. Hope that makes sense!
The Fab 5'ers will be focusing on covering the morning thread in the morning, and the afternoon/evening post in the latter half of the day.
Myself (Lowcal) and Moreless will also endeavour to check both threads, to ensure that we don't miss anyone.
But you can help us by please ensuring that you try to post in the appropriate thread - depending on the time of day you choose to weigh-in.
I will ensure that both threads are 'linked up' so that you can easily access the other one if you want to have a good read through, and you can of course continue to respond to other posters comments at any time of the day. We encourage you to support and interact with each other, and to enjoy the threads.
Hopefully by spreading the thread into 2 time sections, it will mean there should be less 'volume' overall - and the site will hopefully cope better with the numbers involved in each thread.
That's the theory, and it's a trial, so please bear with us.
Hopefully the IT department will be working alongside us to improve the flow of the site. We would hope to be able to go back to just one thread in the future, but for now, we'll try splitting it in two.
If you have any questions, then just ask. Use this thread - as I will check to see if anyone has any concerns about what we're proposing.
Hope everyone is having a great week, and hope the weekend goes well - looking forward to catching up with all the Monday Group weigh-in people on Monday.
If you're new and fancy joining us, then I hope you will. Everyone is welcome.
All the best,
Lowcal
p.s. If you're new and wonder what we're talking about, then please take a look at last week's Monday Group Weigh-in thread (dated 11th January 2016) and if you like the look of the idea of a Monday Group weigh-in, then look out for the next thread, and join in.
