Hello Bebbie and welcome to the forum,

Take a look here to see all that the forum has to offer to help with motivation - healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

A great place for support is the daily Weigh In and for advice about the food you are eating go to the Daily Diary. Both of these can be found in Events. All the information you need to navigate the forum is here -

Hi Bebbie it’s not a good idea to stop your medication, ask the Dr for a different type as some make you feel more energetic so will help you move it ! Depression can make it hard to do anything hun, so conquer that and everything will be so much easier x
