There are some foods that we eat, that upset our hormones and make us crave more of the same. Some people can eat a little of these foods, others, including myself, have to eliminate them from our diets, to be able to move past the cravings. Sugar is a big culprit, but carbohydrates, especially refined carbohydrates, will have the same effect.
