Have you got the calories left for it? lol Nothing nicer on a warm evening than sitting on the patio with a glass of something naughty. That is, unless your neighbours have just lit a barbecue like mine have, and I'm sitting here having just had a shower and got changed getting smoked out!

My tipple is G + T but when I get a crave I have a glass of slimline tonic and a squeeze of lime or lemon juice This often does the trick.

Good luck.

Soft drinks in a wine glass do look more civilised. Save up your calories and have some bubbly, but buy the small individual bottles to save the temptation. Xx

My advice is HAVE ONE ! Of all the alcoholic drinks to choose, champagne is the least damaging , 100 cals or less, as it is served in smaller glasses. I lost all my weight by counting calories ( and have kept it off for over a year) . So if I was socialising I always left enough in my daily calorie allowance for a glass of fizz or two... For some people a treat is a bit if chocolate, for me it was a glass of fizz, each to his own 😊
