Sugar free jelly from Tesco! It's zero calories, sweet and filling... buy the powders and make them up in the morning in a glass and leave in the fridge...

Have some fruit. I find grapes lovely and cold from the fridge or freezer are great. Today I bought some cherries again they seem to be more satisfying when they are really cold. Very yummy. Or if I am really hormonal and desperate for chocolate I buy a freddo bar and include it in my calorie allowance.
What sort of foods are low Gi, low fructose carbs please? Sorry to sound a bit dim.
