I’ve managed to put on all of this weight and every workout is a reminder that my body is nowhere near where I want it to be. But I know in my heart that I want this weight off. I also know how good it will feel to finally see the results. All of this struggle just means that I’m pushing my body past it’s limits

I admire your mental fortitude but please be careful with number 4. Your muscles are allowed to feel like they´re on fire and can´t do any more during the hard parts of a work-out but other than that exercise shouldn´t be painful. I assume you know your body well enough to feel the difference between hard work and harm but this is the internet, where many people don´t, so I´m going to pick that nit anyway.
