shy newbie

I'm new here too and not even sure what brought me here. I have so much going on (good and bad) that I don't even know where to turn. Maybe I thought that if I found a place to "fit in", things would improve. I'm reading so many posts that I can relate to that it does make me feel somewhat at ease that at least I'm not the only one. Thanks for letting me vent.

Hello there and welcome. I only signed on a couple of weeks ago myself and this is the first time I have used a social forum. Already I feel as though I know people here even although I have no idea who they are or anything about them. But one thing is obvious, we all have a desire to be more healthy, to lose or maintain our weight and to support and encourage other to reach their goal. I am glad you say you have good going on as well as bad, I guess that sums up most of us here. Some of us have come through bad times and are now enjoying good times. We all understand the importance of empathy with others. I am very sure you will find comfort, inspiration and motivation from these pages
