It really is everyone is very friendly and as you look on here ( for me everyday ) and you see we are all in the same boat it’s good to know your not alone on the weight loss journey hope you are having a good day 😀

I think Christmas it hard for everyone you will do fine I have so many bad habits !! I’m here to get back on track I put on nearly a stone at Christmas mainly comfort eating at least you recognise you have bad habits so that’s the start of a better healthier life 😀👍
