Hey everyone! My names Jessica. I just joined the ‘community’. I want to lose 5 stone MINIMUM, I put on a lot of weight when I got pregnant 3 years ago and have struggled to lose it since but I’m going on holiday next year so trying to use that as motivation as I want to look good for once in my life and I want to have more energy to run around with my daughter etc! Everyone seems so supportive on here so I’m hoping this will help me a lot! I’m looking forward to getting to know people here! ❤️

Hellooo!! Really well done for making a start.. Don't focus to much on how much you need to lose just start small. Make small changes to start, cut out extra rubbish and start from there, try and make healthier choices and lower alcohol intake etc.. remember you do have to live though otherwise you'll fall off the wagon.. I have many times!! You can do this and once your in the zone it'll become easier. Once you have the food sorted then think about exercise at home if you don't want to venture out, there's some fab DVD's out now and you can do them around the kids depending on how much time you have.. Good Luck, let me know how you get on, its difficult to stay motivated by yourself and feel I need a buddy lol :)

Yeah I’m slowly making small changes, just like having less sugar in coffee etc and drinking more water as I drink fizzy drinks alll the time lol so starting off slow to eventually make big changes! I’m going to have smaller portions from now on and drink water if I feel hungry as thirst is often confused with hunger but I’m hoping with these changes and what I’m wanting to do soon will help massively! I go to the gym so at home workouts are a necessity although I do enjoy the Charlotte Crosby dvd, sometimes I just wish I had a close friend that lived local so we could do it together lol xx

I think your doing the right things, the right way lol. Fair play to you for already being at the gym... I went twice but felt abit awkward as everyone else seemed to belong there..
