I have at least 4 stone to lose, but focusing on 10lb chunks. weigh in on a monday morning as 215lb. I am 61 years young and this is my last attempt at weight loss. I am not following any particular weightloss plan. Believe you me I have been on every plan and read all there is to read. I know what i need to do.......I just do not do it !!!! Why is beyond me when i am so deperate to be fitter and healthier. looking forward to your support and to supprt others
