I have at least 4 stone to lose, but focusing on 10lb chunks. weigh in on a monday morning as 215lb. I am 61 years young and this is my last attempt at weight loss. I am not following any particular weightloss plan. Believe you me I have been on every plan and read all there is to read. I know what i need to do.......I just do not do it !!!! Why is beyond me when i am so deperate to be fitter and healthier. looking forward to your support and to supprt others

Hi, iv also followed loads of diets and seem to have spent the last few years constantly saying I'm on a diet. This time I'm not on a diet but changing my lifestyle and I seem to be much more relaxed and motivated. This group is wonderful for support and advice. My advice is if you haven't got one to get a step tracker. I got one last week and I'm walking so much more than I ever have done. I'm even walking up the stairs now to get those daily steps in ☺ good luck
