Hi, I'm new here I um recently gained 20kgs. At first, I was in denial about the whole thing. But I recently began experiencing some health problems and I went to the doctors finally and for them tell me the worst thing and how the cause of it could be caused by my weight was scary.
Honestly, I really want some help on how I can start on this plan of losing weight but also making myself healthier. I'm going University next year, I just want to to be able to join clubs without my weight getting in the way.
