Hello everyone. I've joined as I need to lose quite a lot of weight as I'm now having trouble will my legs and feet......tendons etc which is quite painful at times. I've lost weight before, but due to stress in my life and a change in my circumstances I've put a lot back on. Why? Simply because I take care of everyone else apart from me...which has to change from today on. Looking forward to hearing from you all and listening to your stories too.

Having enough to eat is vital, if you are following the NHS 12 Week plan then the 1400 calorie target suggested is a just generic amount, so check your calorie target on the BMI checker, it’s often higher than you think. Also look at what you eat, fat is no longer the bad guy, it’s an essential nutrient and needed as part of a balanced diet,
