Officially started my weight loss plan today. Feeling positive if somewhat nervous. Was reflecting on this time last year and how much I changed in the time. I've gained around 4.7 stone in 12 months. This time last year I was into cycling and i also ran. Following an accident which laid me up for 2 months I just never got back into it and became a couch potato gaining weight as I went along. It was only whilst on holiday this year that watching other cyclists I felt envious and wished I'd had my bike. Now I'm home and am looking to get thinner happier and healthier and back on my bike. I'm looking to try and lose1 stone before Christmas. Hope everyone on this journey has some luck and willpower and most importantly reaches their goal. ☺

Hi and welcome! Good luck to you!!!
For me, staying in daily contact with this forum helped me get past all my previous fail moments.
Such a supportive lot here, whether you're telling everyone how well you're doing or where you're failing. Either way, that involvement has kept me going for over 8 months now.
Good luck Hidden
Good luck Geebar67 ☺
