Buy salads, vegan food and you won't go too far wrong. Buying the right products in the first place, can make all the difference

Must be very hard working nights, I do feel for you. Perhaps plan ahead for those moments and take healthy snacks to fill you up so you aren't hungry (eg humus and veg sticks). And at a set time, sit down, have a cup of tea and a biscuit, and properly savour every bite. Biscuits are lovely and there's no law against them! It's a matter of retraining yourself to enjoy them fully in quality not quantity. After you've eaten it, log the calories! ! Good luck .

Apologies I think I’m replying to wrong post. It’s not easy when your struggling & lose mojo but healthy eating option is best way forward . .......... Well done that’s amazing planning. I had planned so well last few weeks & somehow got lost having had a late morning Weigh in friday & realising wint be at home to weigh in next few weeks as away. Physiological or what just didn’t count calories last few days or stick with healthy eating plan. Anyway it’s Monday & will get on & plan my day! Good luck all!

Hi ramblekid I used to work nightshift and I found keeping to normal eating habits beneficial. E.g. when you finish work - morning/breakfast = cereal, porriage, fruit etc. Go to bed and sleep...get up and have either soup, a sandwich and fruit or yoghurt- lunch....Go to work..at your break have rice, veg and chicken or baked potato with cottage cheese or beans.
