I somehow followed the Nhs plan but didn't keep record of everyday calories but had following routine
Breakfast: a cup of tea with medium bread piece
Lunch:Salad bowl
Dinner at 6: chicken piece with vegetables
Walk+running: 35minutes(around 8000steps per day)
2litres of water
No crisp/chocolates/biscuits
Had chocolate cake slice hardly once a week
I have lost about a stone in 2 months .Is it a sensible weightloss .i am just worried as either I lost weight due to this routine or is there any other medical reason I should be worried about.
I was size 14 now I fit in size 10
I was 65kg before now I am 59kgs (age 28)

Without knowing a little bit more about you I couldn't say if this is a healthy weight loss or not. The rate of loss is perfect if you are overweight and trying to lose fat, but the amount you are eating doesn't look like enough 😕 Please have a read of the suggestions below and ask if you have any questions

Have a look at the NHS 12 week plan, as many people have had success with it. Also use the BMI checker to find your target calories, it's important to eat enough. This was a major turning point for me, realising I could eat anything I wanted as long as the calories are accounted for. Don't forget to take your starting measurements and a 'before' picture, as they can be very motivating on days that the scales refuse to co-operate
The forum also have group weigh-ins every day, as well as a new Daily Diary, if you wish to take part. The posts can always be found in the Events section on the 'home' page. And if you just want to chat, to say hello or share any news or struggles then look out for What's Happening Today thread.

Opt for more satiating and nourishing foods that keep you full and energetic all day. Aim to have some protein at all meal times.
Hi I don't think you eat enough either to be healthy as I can't see you are getting enough nutrition from your diet. If you are feeling weak this could be in part due to the lack of carbohydrates in your diet. These provide energy and the only bit you are having is the bread. Try having more potatoes (they are not fattening unless you load them with butter or cheese) and definitely some fruit every day. You might also find protein such as eggs for breakfast will give you energy and make you feel fuller. x
