Just wanted to post my good new! I usually weigh in on a Sunday. My weight fluctuates on a daily basis so, on Sunday, I might be heavier. But - today I got on the scales and my BMI is 25 (very top end of acceptable ) - down from almost 30 (obese)
Just chuffed with myself!

It feels good but I know I need to lose more so that any dietary indiscretion does not push me back into overweight. I am right on the upper limit for health weight! At the moment I am trying to stop my jeans from falling down as I have decreased two sizes.
