I have been on this sight for while now and would like to start the weigh in for the 29th Jan. DO I just mention the weight that I am now which is 10st 8lbs and do the same every Sunday or is there something on this site that I have to go on to put in my weight

Hi, have a look at the Sunday weighin post. All you do is post your weight last week if you know it and today. Post your goal for following week if you like plus main goal. Any other info like gender, height , diet is up to you. Good luck and welcome.
To ruby80, that is exactly how I do it, however there are weigh in days, but unfortunately there are not any on sunday and I believe Monday and Tuesday are fully booked. good luck. Jp.
My weight last Sunday was 10st 8lbs and the same this Sunday the 29th. I am now going to cutting back on sugar salt and sutured fats and eating more fish . White meat fruit and vegetables from Monday and going to work out 3 days a week to kick start my diet and by next Sunday weigh in want to lose 2 + lbs am I right in thinking i only weigh in every Sunday for 12 weeks?
