Sunday morning and feeling fine

Well I went to my friends party last night, I didn't stay too late as it was for her daughters 30th, lots of people loud music etc etc but I drank Diet Coke had a chat and this morning I woke up with a clear head and ready for what the day shall bring. I won't say it was easy when everyone else is drinking but I aim not to drink wine during the week and see how it goes. I thought I would mention that I do have trouble sleeping and my boss gave me this tea called Relaxatee from Holland and Barret it's about 89 pence she said and it really works its herbal so no drugged out feeling the next day.

Have a super Sunday everyone 😊

Hi Jan it was hard and today even harder as all the kids and grownups are round for pizza and wine it's only 11.30 and john has already asked me if I will be having a drink today 😖 Tomorrow is my weigh in how do I put it on the forum I want to even if I haven't lost anything do you know?

As someone wrote here earlier stop beating yourself up. If you want a drink have a drink as if you continue to deny yourself the temptation will only get worse.

Make sure you do some exercise to make it all worth it. I also sat in in the sauna for 30 minutes and before that walked 7km which took 1 hour 45 minutes.

I have the attitude that if I am 5 or 6 days a week good then 1 or 2 days a week don't matter. That doesn't mean that I am gonna blow all my hard work on those 2 days. I still write down every single thing that I eat :) and plan the following days in advance. I know that helps me to at least keep on track.

I know the weight will come off as I have already made major changes to my habits this last week and if I had an over calorie day then I have just got back on the wagon and continued on my weight loss journey. Earlier I would have given up and just gone back to my old ways. Someohow counting calories and writing everything down keeps me structured.

I have had 2 beers today as it is a crime here in Finland to go to sauna without a beer ;)

As for the forum you put it even if it is a loss , gain or the same at least you stay true to yourself :)

Good luck
