I am following low-caloric diet plus running 4 times a week beside 7-9K run every Friday. However, I am not seeing profound weight loss, I have done lab tests and I dont' have thyroid problems or any chronic condition.
Any comment is welcomed

It's possible that you're eating too little and not having enough rest days between your runs, leaving your muscles in a permanent state of repair, therefore retaining fluid.
Check your calorie allowance on the NHS BMI calculator, aiming for the upper end of the scale and consider running on alternate days, to give your muscles a chance to rest and repair.
I would agree with moreless that you're probably not eating enough and possibly not recovering inbetween your runs... I hope you can tweak your routine and reap the benefits for all your hard work!
