If you go to the NHS 12 Week plan, go down to Weight Loss Plan Features and you will see a link to download the charts. Please note when following the plan that you need to work out your own personal calorie range by using the NHS BMI Calculator. The calories amounts they give are a generic number. The calories we require as individuals are all very different depending on weight, height, age, level of activity - we all need different amounts.
