I am 27 years old. 2 years ago I was 104 KGs. Following a strict low carb diet and 5 day High Intensity workout plan I managed to reach 76 KGs.. No this is not a success story, I got cocky and for the past 4-5 months I ignored my training and didn't track my food. As of today I am back at 94 KGs. So here I am trying something new in order to achieve this feat again!

Don't worry, many of us have been successful, then allowed that success to go to our heads, or thought we'd reached the finish line, so took our foot off the accelerater and ended up back at the beginning again
